Marc Young, President

Marc has provided consulting services and solutions to a wide range of organizations. He has many years of experience installing, implementing and configuring enterprise software solutions. He worked with SMARTEAM Americas for three years, and prior to this, was with Dassault Systemes for two years.

His experience includes consulting, pre-sales, project management, business development, sales and team management. Marc has extensive experience with all SmarTeam modules, various CAD applications, Visual Basic, ASP, SQL, HTML, Lotus Notes and MS applications. He also has knowledge with Windows operating systems, Unix workstations and Oracle databases.

Marc earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Michigan State University.



Jonathan Freeson, Chief Technology Officer

Jonathan has significant experience in the product lifecycle management and product data management arena. His primary focuses are technical consulting and consulting on special projects that require advanced technical skills. He also has extensive IT knowledge with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems as well as .NET and Java programming.

He has consulted for Dassault Systemes, SMARTEAM and Baan Engineering. He is a SMARTEAM-certified consultant, and is highly skilled in all facets of computer applications and programming and fluent in VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, C++, Visual Basic, ASP, COM/DCOM, UNIX, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, HTML and Windows operating systems.

Jonathan holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, where he graduated magna cum laude.


Ilan Madjar, Senior Consultant / Managing Partner

Ilan has extensive experience in managing the design, development, and enhancement of mission critical PLM software applications. He has been successful throughout his 9 year career in creating an efficient and innovative atmosphere that focuses on clients' business needs. He worked at Dassault Systemes Services where he last served as the F&A, E&E and Federal practice director. Prior to his stint at Dassault Systemes, he worked at SMARTEAM Americas for two years and SMARTEAM Corporation in Israel. Over his career, Ilan managed many PLM enterprise projects including global projects across a variety of industries.

His experience includes consulting, pre-sales, enterprise project management, business development, and team management. He has extensive experience with all SMARTEAM modules, various CAD applications, PDMWorks Enterprise, Microsoft .NET programming, Databases, web development, Lotus Notes and MS applications.

Ilan earned an M.B.A. in Technology Management from University of Phoenix Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Information from Ben Gurion University (Israel).
